Once a tracking number has been sent to you, Please direct all questions relating to the shipment to the shipping carrier you selected prior to checkout as we have no control over shipping times. We can however answer any questions if you have not yet received a tracking number. Once it leaves our warehouse please direct all questions to the shipping carrier.
